Red Raspberry Jam
Ingredients: Sugar, Red Raspberries, Water Pectin, Citric Acid, Defoamer

Red Raspberry Trifles
8 Trifle Sponges in half lengthwise and spread with Red Raspberry Jam
Place halves together and cut into smaller pieces.
Place in 6 bowls with Peach Slices that have been drained & chunked.
Cover with Egg Custard
Whisk 1 Pint Whipping Cream and 12 Tbsp Peach Syrup until firm.
Use to garnish Trifle.
