Packing and shipping fine art and collectibles is an artform in itself. The Redlin Gift Shop uses protective materials to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition—wrapping and taping every corner with the utmost care. Learn more about our shipping process, including rates, when to expect your package, and other common questions.

How are shipping rates calculated?

We ship orders via UPS and U.S. Mail. We also use Spee-Dee Delivery in the Upper Midwest. Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of the package and final destination. You can view shipping cost calculations by adding an item to your cart and entering your address.

Will you ship to destinations outside the continental United States?

We do ship outside the Continental United States. If you would like to place an order, please email us at orders@redlinart.com. If your order is shipping outside the continental U.S., the Redlin Art Center will contact you via email or phone with the shipping charges. We will determine if your package can ship via UPS or U.S. Mail, calculate shipping charges for both, and let you choose (if both options are available). The Redlin Gift Shop is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees once the package is delivered to you.

How can I track my order?

When we ship your order, UPS, U.S. Mail, or Spee-Dee Delivery will send a tracking number to the email you provided when placing your order. If you did not receive the email, please call us toll-free at 1-877-873-3546 and one of our gift shop associates will be happy to provide your tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 48 hours on in-stock merchandise. Please allow up to 5 business days for UPS to deliver your order. If you are shipping outside the continental U.S. it may take longer.

What if my artwork is damaged during shipment?

Damage rarely occurs as we use special packaging designed to protect art and collectibles. If something does happen to your shipment, we’re here to help. Learn more about handling problems with your order.
