We understand that, sometimes, you change your mind or encounter an issue. Please follow these instructions to return or exchange your order.
How do I return a product?
Please notify the Redlin Gift Shop within 90 days if you would like to return an item by calling 1-877-TREDLIN during business hours or emailing us at email@example.com.
You will be refunded the amount of your original order, minus shipping & handling charges, unless an error occurred on our part while shipping your order.
When the return is not due to an error, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be in the original packaging (the box the item came in, not the shipping box) and sent with the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt. You can also print your order receipt in “my orders.”
Ship the package using UPS ground or USPS parcel post. We strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping method and insure the package for the full value. You are responsible for ensuring the item arrives in good condition. Please note that we do not accept collect on delivery (COD) packages.

What if I purchased the item in the Gift Shop on a trip?
To return or exchange an in-store purchase, follow the same instructions listed above. Please ensure the item is in the original packaging and accompanied by your receipt. Please ensure all items are well-protected for shipment.
Can I exchange a product?
To request an exchange versus a return, follow the return instructions above under “How do I return a product?” Indicate what you would like when contacting the Redlin Gift Shop. We do charge additional shipping to send you a new product. We will refund or charge the difference for exchanges that are not of equal value.
Do I need a receipt or original packaging to process a return?
Yes, all items returned will need to be accompanied by a receipt and the original product packaging. If you created an account and placed your order online, you can visit your orders to obtain an invoice/receipt. If you would like to make a return and do not have a receipt or the original packaging, please contact the Redlin Gift Shop.
