Admission & Hours
Redlin Art Center to Re-Open June 1, 2020
The Redlin Art Center is pleased to be preparing to re-open to the general public on Monday, June 1, 2020. After a lengthy closure due to COVID-19, the Redlin Art Center team is anxious to open the doors and welcome guests once again! Precautions will be taken to protect staff and guests while visiting. Here are some of the things we will be doing to slow the spread of COVID-19:
Our Hours Have Changed. Our hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. -- Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (beginning July 11, 2020). We will be closed on Sundays for the rest of 2020.
Access to the front desk and our welcome team will be limited. In an attempt to remain 6 feet from all guests, our front desk access has been modified and our guest book eliminated. You will still be greeted by one of our smiling faces, we will just be at least 6 feet from you at all times.
Small Gift Shop will remain closed. All merchandise has been relocated to our larger retail space, The Home Collection. In an attempt to allow for and maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet, our retail space has been modified. Guests will still be invited and encouraged to shop, however all merchandise will now be displayed in our larger store and the log cabin.
Restrooms Limited: In an attempt to maintain and continuously sanitize our public restrooms, only one set of restrooms will be open. This will enable our maintenance team to provide ongoing cleaning and disinfecting throughout the day.
Staff: We are limiting the number of staff members in each area of the gallery and gift shops in an attempt to minimize the risk of exposure. We will have additional support staff available behind the scenes, but you may only see 2 staff members at any given time throughout your visit.
CDC Guidelines: We have always worked to provide a pristine environment for the art and for our guests. We will do our best to keep the building as clean as possible; and we will all try to follow CDC guidelines to minimize the risk to you, our guests. Our team will be washing their hands regularly, and each workstation will have hand sanitizer. Many of us will be wearing a mask. And, we will not report to work if we feel ill, have been exposed, or have tested positive for COVID-19. In return, we will ask you to do the same. Please do not visit the Redlin Art Center if you are feeling ill, have been exposed or have tested positive for COVID-19.
Together, we will get through this.
We look forward to your visit.
