We go to great lengths to ensure your order arrives as expected. If you’re not satisfied, here is what you can do.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Orders are rarely damaged during shipment as we take extra care when packing Redlin Gift Shop merchandise. If you receive a damaged order, please report it to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Keep all packaging as the shipping company may pick up the package for investigative purposes and claim processing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, call toll-free 1-877-873-3546. Please note that it may not be possible to change items if your order is being processed. If your order has already shipped, you will have to return the merchandise. To find out if your order is shipped, check your current order status.
This isn’t what I ordered.
If you received the incorrect item, call toll-free 1-877-873-3546. We will ship you the correct item and send a return service tag for the incorrect items. We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
